Improving the financial literacy of high school graduates was the subject of Penn Treaty's DT Philly project last year, and is often mentioned by our high school teams as a need in their school or community.  According to a recent survey, only 57% of U.S. citizens are financially literate (click here to take the McGraw Hill Financial quiz).  An article in today's Inquirer shares that the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank offers classess and resources for K-12 teachers looking to incorporate economics and personal finance into the classroom.  To learn more, click here for the Inquirer article and here for the Philadelphia Fed.
